Wiki Section Completeness Audit
Purpose
This audit reviews each public wiki section for completeness, evidence posture, internal consistency, machine-readable support, and activation-boundary accuracy.
Completeness is not measured by page count. A section is complete only when a reviewer can determine what exists, what is authoritative, what is tested, what remains unverified, and how the claims can be checked.
Review dimensions
| Dimension | Required question |
|---|---|
| Scope | Does the section state what it covers and excludes? |
| Coordinate coverage | Are relevant repositories, interfaces, proof sources, custody layers, and external dependencies shown? |
| Source authority | Is the canonical authority source named for each substantive claim? |
| Evidence posture | Are source, implementation, observation, reproduction, analysis, and hypothesis separated? |
| Reproducibility | Can another reviewer rerun or reconstruct claimed tests? |
| Machine-readable support | Are registries, fixtures, reports, receipts, or status artifacts available where appropriate? |
| Status accuracy | Are scaffolded, implemented, fixture-validated, deployed, blocked, external, and operational states distinguishable? |
| Boundary accuracy | Does the section avoid equating publication, validation, deployment, admissibility, custody, and execution? |
| Navigation | Can a reader move from overview to evidence and back without orphaned pages? |
| Maintenance | Is there a validator, generated registry, or explicit owner for keeping the section current? |
Completeness classes
| Class | Meaning |
|---|---|
COMPLETE | Required dimensions are present and bounded claims are inspectable. |
COMPLETE_WITH_EXTERNAL_GATES | Documentation is complete; live deployment, custody, proof, or other external evidence remains separately blocked. |
PARTIAL | Core content exists but important coordinates, evidence classes, or verification paths are missing. |
SCAFFOLD | Structure exists without enough source, evidence, or operational detail for evaluation. |
STALE_OR_CONFLICTING | Content conflicts with current handoffs, implementations, or status vocabulary. |
NOT_REVIEWED | Audit has not yet been performed. |
Audit register
| Section or page group | Current class | Finding | Remaining action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Governance overview, current status, and handoffs | COMPLETE_WITH_EXTERNAL_GATES | Current update, validation, task sync, and handoff pages are aligned with the single workflow and no-manual-task posture. | Observe canonical workflow and public evidence when exposed. |
| Governed LLM and ecosystem transition pages | COMPLETE_WITH_EXTERNAL_GATES | Entry surfaces, Math Solver, demos, runtime, SDK, formalisms, commitment, execution, custody, reconstruction, deployment, capability states, and verification classes are represented. | Keep states synchronized with authority-repository handoffs and add machine-readable class registries where absent. |
| Relationship Status Summary | PARTIAL | Overlap and equivalence boundaries are clear; maintenance wording and machine-readable companion exposure remain incomplete. | Repair during terminology-governance review. |
| External Frameworks: Evaluation Results and Report Generation | IN_PROGRESS | Evidence classes and reproducibility gates are now generated and validator-enforced. Existing reports must be regenerated and framework-specific evidence reviewed. | Observe canonical regeneration; audit GLM, EVIDE, DecisionAssure, MindForge, Morrison, sourced-only, and source-blocked records. |
| External Frameworks: Framework Pages | NOT_REVIEWED | Uniform compliance with the evaluation standard is unconfirmed. | Review sources, observations, tests, missing fields, non-claims, and machine-readable companions. |
| Formalisms | NOT_REVIEWED | Research, candidate formalisms, translations, and proof surfaces coexist. | Separate theorem, fixture, candidate, translation, and hypothesis postures. |
| Glossary | NOT_REVIEWED | Core vocabulary exists; cross-page consistency is unverified. | Check definitions, aliases, conflicts, examples, and authority boundaries. |
| Activation | NOT_REVIEWED | Deployment guidance exists. | Verify workflow, Pages, routes, DNS, and deployment-evidence posture. |
| Research, Social, and StegVerse | NOT_REVIEWED | Public exposition and component pages exist. | Check citations, ownership, status, and overclaim boundaries. |

capability-lifecycle.md
ecosystem-capability-status.md
Defects corrected:
- three-repository activation map omitted entry, demo, proof, custody, and deployment coordinates
- input and output registries exposed no evidence owner or operational posture
- transition map skipped commitment, execution, custody, and reconstruction distinctions
- reconstructive search omitted Site, Math Solver, demos, formalism authority, and Master-Records
- free-tier page claimed bounded live use despite PREPARED_NOT_DEPLOYED Site posture
- deployment verification covered too few routes and blurred local checks with deployment evidence
- demo verification listed commands without evidence requirements or result schema
- Site verification treated wiki page presence as the principal integration proof
- capability status used one generic example instead of coordinate-specific states
- lifecycle lacked scaffolded, fixture, deployed, conformance, custody, suspended, revoked, and retired states
Conclusion:
class: COMPLETE_WITH_EXTERNAL_GATES
documentation topology: complete for reviewed coordinates
Site client: PREPARED_NOT_DEPLOYED
live transport: false
same-origin gateway: not deployed
provider conformance: not established
Master-Records custody: not established
external execution: disabled or external
aggregate operational: false
release authorization: not granted
External Frameworks evidence-gate audit
The generated compatibility-report pipeline formerly promoted every sourced manifest to a generic compatibility result without requiring executable observations, raw outputs, pinned versions, replay commands, or independent reproduction.
Repairs:
1c4b2e14f7f67d8ac017511672de633e909afa2b
-> report generator adds evidence classes, reproducibility field map, missing-field list, comparative-claim gate, and schema 0.7
cdf16332c07d6e1c2da55bf56a70573e8a11d63e
-> results generator exposes evidence class, independently reproducible status, missing gate count, and current reproducible total
9996b440c3716086f5f821179e5c8f3ccf1cbfdb
-> validator enforces evidence classes, gate consistency, fail-closed missing fields, and Morrison parameterized-only posture
Generated evidence classes:
MENTION_ONLY
AUTHOR_COMMENTARY
SOURCE_REVIEWED
ARTIFACT_REVIEWED
PARAMETERIZED_OBSERVATION
REPRODUCIBLE_COMPARATIVE_TEST
A report may reach REPRODUCIBLE_COMPARATIVE_TEST only when all are true:
shared_test_vector
raw_output
timestamp
runtime_configuration
source_version_or_hash
replay_commands
declared_expected_outcome
independent_reproduction
Current Morrison posture remains bounded:
evidence_class: PARAMETERIZED_OBSERVATION
raw audit payloads: missing
timestamps: missing
runtime configuration: missing
source hashes: missing
replay commands: missing
independent reproduction: missing
comparative testing claim allowed: false

Active next audit
Continue External Frameworks in this order:
1. regenerate all reports under schema 0.7 through the canonical workflow
2. verify generated evaluation-results evidence classes and zero unsupported comparative claims
3. audit GLM and EVIDE source-only versus artifact-backed evidence
4. audit DecisionAssure and MindForge authorized artifact-package status
5. audit Morrison observations field by field
6. audit source-blocked and sourced-only records
7. review every framework page against the required-page-section standard
8. verify generated page-status blocks use the same evidence class
No external framework may be labeled as reproducibly compared unless pinned implementations, common vectors, declared expectations, raw outputs, scoring or deterministic classification, failure behavior, replay instructions, hashes, timestamps, and independent reruns are public.
